Beef Strip Bake

Beef Strip Bake

475g of Aria Farm Beef Strips
6 large potatoes
1 large tin of spaghetti
Cheese, grated

Boil potatoes and mash. Layer beef strips in an oven dish. Top with tin of spaghetti and mashed potato. Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake at 160ºC for 30 minutes.

Penne Vegetables & Beef

Penne Vegetables & Beef (Serves 6)

500g packet penne pasta
3 medium courgettes
1 orange pepper
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons oil
475g packet Aria Farm Chicken, Beef or Lamb Strips
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
250g punnet cherry tomatoes
Basil sprigs


Cook pasta to packet directions. Drain pasta. Wash courgettes and slice finely. Cut peppers in half, remove seeds and slice peppers finely. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add courgettes and peppers and cook until just soft. Remove from pan. Cook Aria Farm Chicken, Beef or Lamb Strips to packet directions. Toss cheese, vegetables and tomatoes through pasta. Gently fold through chicken strips. Serve with basil sprigs.

Dinner Jackets

Dinner Jackets (Serves 6)

475g of Aria Farm Beef, Lamb or Chicken Strips
6 large potatoes (Agria or similar)
Oil or non-stick spray
150g of cream cheese
1 packet of tomato soup
4 spring onions, chopped
Parmesan cheese


Pre-heat oven to 180ºC. Scrub potatoes and spray or rub with a little oil. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Cut off top. Scoop cooked potato into a bowl and mash with the cream cheese, tomato soup and spring onions.

Brown Aria Farm Strips in a little oil as per packet instructions. Combine with mashed potato mix. Spoon back evenly into potato jackets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Replace potato tops. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve with salad.

Beef and Salad Wrap

Beef and Salad Wrap (Makes 12)

475g packet Aria Farm Beef Strips
½ iceberg lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 large avocado
6 soft tortillas
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ cup grated carrot
2 tablespoons red capsicum relish


Cook Aria Farm Beef Strips according to packet directions. Wash lettuce and slice thinly. Wash tomatoes and slice finely. Cut avocado in half, remove stone and peel. Cut avocado flesh finely. Place tortillas on a board and spread with mayonnaise. Scatter over lettuce and carrot. Place tomato slices and avocado on top of carrot. Divide beef strips over avocado and dot each tortilla with 1 teaspoon of relish. Fold one edge of tortilla over filling then roll up tightly and serve.

Chilli Night Beef Pies

Chilli Night Beef Pies (Makes 5)

20 bread slices
1 carrot
475g packet Aria Farm Beef Strips
425g can sliced mushrooms in sauce or pasta sauce
¼ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup grated cheese

2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Remove crusts from bread. Cut bread slices to fit base and sides of 5, 10cm pie dishes or large muffin tins. Peel carrot and grate. Place Aria Farm Beef Strips in a large bowl. Add carrot, undrained mushrooms or pasta sauce and tomato sauce. Stir gently to combine. Place meat mixture into pie dishes. Top with bread slices cut to fit. Sprinkle with grated cheese and poppy seeds. Bake at 180ºC for 35 to 40 minutes.

(Tin foil pie dishes are available in supermarkets)

Winter Warmers Casserole

Winter Warmers Casserole (Serves 4)

1 large potato
400g pumpkin
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
475g packet Aria Farm Beef Strips
1 cup beef stock
400g can Moroccan style tomatoes
½ French bread stick
1 cup grated tasty cheese
¼ cup chopped parsley

Peel potato and cut into cubes. Peel pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Peel onions and chop roughly. Crush garlic, peel and chop and roughly. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add potato, pumpkin, onion a dgarlic and cook for 5 minutes stirring often. Add Aria Farm Beef Strips and cook for 2 minutes turning once. Add beef stock and Moroccan tomatoes. Cook for 25 minutes or until pumpkin and potato are tender. Cut French stick into slices. Spray bread with oil. Bake at 180ºC for 5 minutes turning once during cooking. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over bread slices. Return to oven and cook until cheese melts. Serve bread slices with casserole and sprinkle over parsley.

Honey Soy & Ginger Lamb with Noodles

Honey Soy & Ginger Lamb with Noodles (Serves 3 to 4)

2 spring onions
1 head brocolli
1 red pepper
1 carrot
475g packet Aria Farm Lamb, Beef or Chicken Strips
425g can stir fry noodle sauce – honey, soy and ginger
150g dried noodles

Trim spring onions and slice thinly lengthwise. Place in chilled water in the fridge while preparing rest of dish. Cut broccoli into florets. Cut pepper in half, remove seeds and slice thinly. Scrub carrot and cut into matchstick pieces. Stir fry Aria Farm Strips in a saucepan until golden. Remove from pan. Place noodle sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add broccoli and carrots and cook for 8 minutes. Add pepper and Aria Farm Strips . Cook for 1 minutes. Cook noodles to packet directions. Drain well. Place noodles on a plate or in a bowl. Serve lamb mixture over noodles. Drain spring onions. Place on top of lamb mixture and serve.
